Do I have to provide additional contact information?

We strongly encourage you to include valid and current contact info for all the travelers in your group as well as the trip planners involved and any emergency contacts you may have designated.

We cannot overstate the importance of conveying time-sensitive updates to all travelers and parties that may be affected by unforeseen developments (such as schedule changes or flight cancellations). Please, do provide any additional contact details that you believe will help important updates and messages reach their intended recipients. (These may include, but are not limited to: alternate email addresses; foreign phone numbers in use during overseas travel; relevant contact info of a family member, emergency contact, trip planner/coordinator, etc.)
