Lost / damaged baggage

Please contact your air carrier directly. ScholarTrip has no access to airline baggage tracking systems and has no authority to receive or process baggage loss or damage reports on behalf of airlines.

This type of situation can only be handled by an airline representative as baggage tracking is an exclusively internal system of the operator. Usually, the best course of action is to report the issue to the Lost Baggage service desk at the airport where you may be asked to present your baggage return tags and share additional information depending on your case and the corresponding set protocol.

If your suitcases and/or bags have been lost make sure the airport representatives have valid contact information to get in touch with you and have a valid address to deliver your items to. If your baggage has been damaged, inspect your items carefully and report all the damages before you leave the airport (as you have the undeniable evidence right there with you).
