- Once you’ve decided which flight options works best for you, we will confirm your student status and collect a non-refundable deposit from you
- You’ll have until two weeks before your trip to pay the remaining balance

Terms & Conditions
Deposit amount is fully non refundable. Only applies to international itineraries. Ticket cost is locked in at the time a non-refundable deposit is received. Any amount paid greater than deposit amount is refundable less a $50 fee. Failure to pay outstanding balance in full 14 days prior to your departure will result in automatic ticket cancellation. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that payment is received by the final payment date. ScholarTrip is not responsible for sending payment reminders.
There is no fee for early payment. Deposit program not available on all airlines or routes and is only applicable on refundable tickets. All tickets are subject to airline rules and penalties in place at the time of issuance. Changes after deposit are allowed but are subject to airline rules and penalties. Any penalty and or fare difference will need to be collected at the time of the change and are non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Once final payment has been received, a booking confirmation will be sent including the E-ticket number and Airline record locator.
