Do I have to pay all at once?
Payments can be made gradually or paid in full up to 14 days before your flight.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable, however the amount goes towards the final cost of your ticket.
What if I can’t travel?
If you can’t travel, you’ll be refunded except for the non-refundable deposit.
Are there credit checks or interest charges?
No, we do not run a credit report or charge interest to book a ticket with the Deposit Program.

Understanding Fares and Discounts
What’s the difference between Group Fares and Live Fares?
Group Fares cater to gatherings of ten or more travelers, offering the convenience of fixed pricing at the time of booking, with seats secured by a deposit. These fares allow for flexibility in changes up to 105 days before departure, with final payments due about 45-60 days prior.
Alternately, Live Fares are designed for smaller groups of up to nine travelers, featuring prices that fluctuate until payment is completed, immediate submission of traveler details, and less certainty in re-accommodation, though they do provide a Suggested Itinerary option.
How Do Airfare Tiers Work?
Airfare tiers determine ticket prices based on seat availability; as cheaper seats sell out, the next price tier takes effect. Airlines calculate a group rate by averaging the lowest and highest fares available at the time of booking, ensuring every group member pays the same price.
How Do Airlines Get Group Rates?
Airlines set group rates based on various factors, offering a limited number of seats at reduced prices. As these seats fill up, the average price per ticket in the group increases. The total number of passengers also influences the individual ticket cost.
Where is the Discount?
Group discounts are applied to the total cost, making the combined price of multiple tickets cheaper than buying them individually, even if each ticket appears more expensive when viewed alone.
