PNR stands for Passenger Name Record; it is a unique six-symbol alphanumeric code assigned to each booking in an airline’s reservation records system so the carrier may quickly and easily access your flight and passenger information.
If there are multiple airlines in your itinerary, each airline may have their own PNR code assigned to your booking. This is helpful to know when contacting your air carriers as each one will need the correct corresponding reservation number to be able to access your information. You can find your PNR codes on your e-ticket, as shown below:
